Common Questions
Is there a cost to join the partner programme? +
No. The partner programme is free to join. There are no setup fees, minimum referral requirements, or monthly charges. You earn commission on what your referred clients spend — if they don't spend, you don't pay anything.
How does attribution work — what if a client already knows the site? +
If a client subscribes through your unique referral link, they are permanently tagged to your account regardless of whether they've visited the site before. The referral link attribution is what counts, not first-visit. If they subscribe without using your link, they are not attributed to you.
We already have a Medichecks affiliate arrangement. Does that conflict? +
No conflict at all. Your existing Medichecks arrangement stays entirely with you — we never touch it. Your clients can continue using your Medichecks code or link as they do now. The platform adds subscription and supplement commission on top of what you already earn. Blood test commission via our platform only applies to partners who have no existing blood test affiliate.
How and when do I get paid? +
Commission is calculated on the 1st of each month and paid within 3 working days. Initially payments are made by bank transfer — we'll collect your details when you're approved. As the programme grows we'll automate this through Stripe. There's a minimum payout threshold of £20 to avoid micro-transactions.
What if a referred client cancels their subscription? +
You stop earning commission for that client from the month they cancel. If they resubscribe through any link — including yours — within 90 days, they're re-attributed to you and commission resumes. After 90 days they're treated as a new subscriber.
Does this require any technical setup on my end? +
No. You receive a referral link and a discount code. Share them however you like — email, WhatsApp, your website, verbally in consultations. No software to install, no dashboard to set up, no technical knowledge required. If you want to create a Team Space for your clients, that's available through the platform with a simple sign-up — but it's optional.
Are there restrictions on how I can promote the reference? +
You cannot make medical claims on behalf of the reference or imply it constitutes medical advice — it doesn't and we're clear about that throughout the site. You can describe it accurately: an independent educational reference covering peptide research, protocols, preparation, and safety. You cannot bid on our brand name in paid search. Everything else is open.
